(2001-2003: Brazilian Urban Land Valuation Standards Revision) As a member of the valuation standard revision committee (Committie No. 02:134.02) of Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT: Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas), discussed with Brazilian appraisers over the valuation theory (arguments from basic concepts of values to practical methodology application, reports requirements, etc) and contributed to establish more systematic and theory based valuation standards than the previous version.
